Highland Enterprises completed a turnkey, design-build project for the Camino Real Environmental Center, constructing a waste transfer station from the ground up. The project involved importing large quantities of sand to elevate the pad above the water level. We built concrete retaining walls to accommodate waste, constructed the utilities, offices, scales, and scale house, and completed extensive road and concrete paving designed for heavy traffic. Our work ensured the station is equipped to handle the demands of this critical infrastructure efficiently and safely.
