Highland Enterprises undertook a significant project for the Doña Ana County Flood Commission to enhance flood management through the construction of Lilly Pond. This comprehensive project included paving, the installation of concrete walls, drainage infrastructures, riprap structures, storm drains, and inverse inlets.

We excavated 39,600 cubic yards of dirt to create the pond and installed over 11,000 linear feet of reinforced concrete pipe. Additionally, a 5,500 square foot spillway was constructed to effectively manage water flow, ensuring improved flood control for the area.
