In collaboration with the City of Las Cruces, Highland Enterprises employed a design-build approach to repurpose the existing tennis courts at Apodaca Court into modern pickleball courts. This cost-effective solution included resurfacing, extending the play area, and installing new chain-link fencing, ensuring a high-quality facility for the growing pickleball community.
